We take steps to make sure our greens, grains and our proteins are sustainably sourced, whilst supporting local farmers. Our chickens are raised by springfield poultry. (https://www.springfieldpoultry.co.uk/).
The Mee family has been rearing chickens for over 60 years, allowing them to roam freely from dawn to dusk, with healthy organic diets and no growth hormones. Their believes around going back to basics and creating food that is good for people, but also good to the planet is in line with our values.

We have searched long and hard to create packaging that is stunning to look at and is totally compostable so you can feel great about your food without the worry of leaving something harmful to the planet.
Compostable packaging is made from plant-based, recycled materials and breaks down much quicker than Biodegradable products. It enriches the soil and serves as a plant fertilizer, so it seemed the perfect choice to use for our salad bowls and bottles as when you're done getting your nutrients, you're giving back the nutrients to the earth.
